Boykin's Milkwort (Polygala senega L.)
Family: Polygalaceae
Boykin's Milkwort is similar to Seneca Snakeroot (P. senega L.) but the racemes are longer and narrower and most of the leaves are whorled.
Rare. Barrens. In TN, known from Bedford and Rutherford counties. A southern species extending north into TN. Mar-Aug.
