Common Sneezeweed (Helenium autumnale)

 Asteraceae (Aster Family)

Synonym(s): Fall Sneezeweed, Autumn Sneezeweed

Poisonous to humans. Sneezeweed does not derive its common name from the effects of its pollen. It was crushed to make a snuff that promoted sneezing.
